Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Counterhoard. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Some items may require additional production time, including:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Custom products

  • Personalized products

  • Large wholesale orders

If additional processing time is required, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • Other carriers as needed

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping service

Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated separately where required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Counterhoard is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package appears delayed:

  1. Verify the tracking information.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier.

  4. Contact us if additional assistance is needed.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received may require a carrier claim or investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • Packaging materials

    • Shipping label

We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and local carrier operations.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and production requirements.

Estimated lead times will be communicated before shipment when applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to all destinations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally or reasonably fulfilled.
