Q: What are your products made of?
A: Our tokens and accessories are 3D printed using high-quality filament, designed for durability and everyday gameplay. Our decals are made with Oracle 651, a permanent adhesive vinyl designed for indoor and outdoor use. 

Q: Are the colors exactly as shown in photos?
A: We do our best to accurately represent colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and filament batches.

Q: Are your items handmade?
A: Yes! All of our products are designed, printed, and assembled in-house.

Q: Do you take custom requests?
A: We’re always open to ideas! Feel free to reach out with what you have in mind and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Q: Can I request specific colors or designs?
A: In many cases, yes! Send us a message and we’ll work with you to create something you’ll love.

🔁 Returns & Issues

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Due to the nature of our products, returns may be handled case-by-case.

Q: My item arrived damaged or incomplete—what now?
A: We’re so sorry about that! Send us a message with a photo and we’ll get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I use these in tournaments or at my local game store?
A: Our tokens are perfect for casual and most in-store play. For official tournaments, we recommend checking with the event organizer for specific rules.

Q: Will your tokens fit standard card sizes?
A: Yes! Our designs are made to work alongside standard trading card sizes like Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh, and more!
